ContentThe six training weekends build sequentially to ensure you can work with a business owner or self-employed individual on all of their key challenges from formulating an effective plan that helps them achieve their vision to deciding the tactics that achieve sales and long-term growth.
Each weekend of training also includes a session in which we apply the lessons from the weekend to your own coaching business in order to design and implement your plans.
Module 1: Understanding the businessThe first weekend quickly immerses you in to business coaching by teaching you how to conduct a review of the business model and systems along with drawing out the vision and plans of your client. This is where it all starts and by the end of the weekend you will be ready to conduct the first exploratory consultation with your client.

For your business:

The second weekend is focused on your client’s marketing and sales strategy and process starting with a review of the sales funnel, the missed opportunities and the “leaking points”. You will then move on to exploring marketing strategy and developing the client’s unique offering and message.
For your own business, you will design your sales funnel and begin to develop the marketing strategy to gain clients.

This weekend you will begin to explore specific strategies for rapid business growth including helping clients implement tactics which can increase business almost overnight. This module provides the rapid results element that will ensure you become invaluable to your clients and able to build a longer term relationship and focus on sustainable growth.
You will also explore two of the strategies in terms of how you can use them to get results for your business practice.

This weekend will ensure you gain confidence and skills around understanding what websites and online presence can do for your clients. We’ll asses live websites to begin to identify what works and what doesn’t for a business before exploring how inbound marketing can help your clients generate business through content-based marketing.

- Understanding and analysing websites for business
- Selling online
- Developing an inbound strategy
- Webinars and live-streaming
- Creating expert status
For your business:
- Designing your website
- Planning your social media
This weekend you’ll explore the long-term growth strategies that will ensure your clients continue to grow and dominate their marketplace for many years to come. You’ll get to understand social media marketing, PR, SEO and list building as well as exploring how your client can outsource elements of their business to free them up to work on, not in, their business.
For your own business you’ll explore your own social media strategy and how you can begin to position yourself as an expert.

In this final weekend we will explore how you can get started to build your small business coaching practice to get real results fast. This is where you’ll discover all the secrets to finding, securing and growing your business with your clients.

- Uncovering prospects in your area or niche
- Researching prospects’ needs
- Securing clients
- Growing your business contracts
- Creating your outsourced implementation team
- Contracting, retainers and more
This weekend is ALL about you and ensuring you get off to a great start to build a lasting practice.
Business Case StudiesAt the heart of the programme is the aim to ensure you can practise as a fully-skilled business coach. And in the end this comes down to experience.
Training alone can never offer you the confidence and ability to sit with a client and help them make changes that get real results.
That’s where the case studies come in.
You will complete around 30 hours of coaching with two business case studies including an initial consultation on their business. You’ll use whatever skills, knowledge, strategies and tactics you need to in order to help your client achieve their outcomes.
But you’re not alone on this. You’ll be mentored in micro-groups to discuss your case studies and make decisions on how to proceed where you feel stuck. These case studies will eventually become the material for your own first press releases which you can create as an exercise or to actually release to publications for review.
