Structure
Duration
The course is not a fixed duration and you can take as long as you need to complete it. However, a typical time for completing the course is around eight months with support on your next steps given for a full year.
Structure
The live group training is structured around 6 modules taken over the course of five months to give time to use the skills learned on each.
The modules are taught at weekends from 10.00am until 6.00pm.
The six modules are:
- Understanding the Business
- Marketing and Sales Review
- Rapid Results Strategies
- Online Presence and Inbound Marketing
- Dominant Growth Strategies
- Creating and Growing your Business

Support
To ensure you progress successfully through the course, you also receive a package of support which includes:
- Micro-group mentoring on your coaching
- Monthly webinars
- Business Missions to expand your practical skills
- Online Learning Zone with videos on detailed marketing and planning

Coaching hours
As part of the qualification, you will complete 30 hours of real-life business case study coaching outside of the training weekends.
You receive mentoring around this to ensure you are on track and to answer any queries you may have about your work.
Final assessment
The final assessment is based on the submission of the case studies and completion of all the training weekends and three Business Missions.
