Micro-group mentoring

Throughout your journey you will receive online micro-group mentoring on your live practice and challenges.

Each micro-group has a fixed membership of no more than six coaches plus the mentor enabling you to share your challenges in a safe, confidential environment and at a level of detail to get valuable input from the mentor and group on how you can move forward with your client work.

The mentoring lasts for a year so that even after qualification you can continue to get support on the work you do with clients as well as how to build your coaching practice.

This is truly invaluable and will ensure you feel confident in your work and secure in the knowledge you have expertise to back you up where needed.

Online Learning Zone

In addition to the live training, there is a wealth of online video training to which you get 24/7 access in a secure members area.

This allows us to give you more technical or detailed training that would otherwise take up too much time on the live training weekends where we work at a more strategic level Each video is a digestible size – anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes and each ones sits alongside a discussion section for that video so you can raise questions, share ideas of discuss the content..

Business Missions

Business Missions are fun but important elements of the programme which increase your knowledge and experience around a number of key skills.

You will be tasked to complete at least three of the Missions but the more you complete the better skilled you will become in your field.

Business Missions include:

  • Networking at 3 relevant events and following up on connections
  • Running an educational webinar to generate leads
  • Producing your first newsletter
  • Creating your website
  • Running a Facebook Ads campaign
  • Running a Google Ads campaign
  • Creating a blog
  • Opportunity Mapping your local area

Each Business Mission is a relatively bite-sized task but each one achieves a huge shift in understanding of your profession.
