Micro-group mentoring

Throughout your journey you will receive online micro-group mentoring on your live practice and challenges.

Each micro-group has a fixed membership of no more than six coaches plus the mentor enabling you to share your challenges in a safe, confidential environment and at a level of detail to get valuable input from the mentor and group on how you can move forward with your client work.

The mentoring lasts for a year so that even after qualification you can continue to get support on the work you do with clients as well as how to build your coaching practice.

This is truly invaluable and will ensure you feel confident in your work and secure in the knowledge you have expertise to back you up where needed.

Online Learning Zone

In addition to the live training, there is a wealth of online video training to which you get 24/7 access in a secure members area.

This also includes recordings of the live training on each weekend so you can watch the content as often as you want and catch up if you miss a weekend.

Full Youth Coaching Kit

 

The Full Youth Coaching Kit gives you everything you need to get started and to grow your practice including:

  • Model templates

Comprehensive workbook

You’ll receive a comprehensive workbook which summarises the training and provides you with a wide range of exercise to build your skills and reflect on your learning.

Interactive online community for connection and encouragement

We run a wonderful online community using Facebook as the platform. This allows coaches to stay connected as much as they want and we find this has taken a life of its own with coaches celebrating successes, sharing ideas, offering practice clients and much more

The personal consultation option is all about YOU and how the course would work for you individually.
