We’ve recently introduced a free consulatation process to train as a coach with the Smart School and it’s going down a storm.

The traditional approach for coach training companies is to offer a free seminar, raise excitement and encourage people to sign up there and then. This is fine as far as it goes but often misses the crucial element of what the individual really wants to do with coaching.

We believe that the choice to train as a coach needs to be made clearly and with good information.
