Hi, I’m Nick Bolton, founder and director of the Smart School of Coaching.

The school really makes a difference for people wanting to train as coaches. Too often, coach-training companies fail to deliver the skills and support needed to ensure a coach succeeds. I created this school to be different!

As part of this ambition to set a new standard in training and developing coaches, we have built a partnership with the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning to offer genuine qualifications and a professional status that is rare to find in the coaching world.

We are passionate about increasing the quality, skills and success of coaches both within business and in the life-coaching industry. Our range of coaching qualifications and support programmes combined with our expert people ensure we can deliver on this aim.
