But it doesn’t stop there. Unlike most providers we continue to establish sessions to work with you through observed practice with constructive feedback. This way, we know exactly how well every coach is performing and where development needs to happen.
A package of modules and additional support in forums, online resources and training will enable you gain huge confidence and self-belief as a coach.
The course consists of:

- 5 practice clients each with 6 sessions
- 150 hours of overall study/practice
- Written course work
- Final assessment
- Accreditation Certificates from the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL). Additional accreditation by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is currently being applied for.
