The training on the Personal Transformation Coaching Programme is delivered over four modules each covering areas of knowledge which progress your coaching skills, knowledge and confidence rapidly.
Foundations
This is where your journey to become a transformational coach starts.
You will learn the core skills that will enable you to confidently start coaching real clients straightaway.

Hearts and Minds
This module is concerned primarily with giving you powerful coaching tools which have been developed from cognitive behavioural therapy for the coaching world. Unknown to most coaches, this is a cutting edge approach to working with clients and will create deep shifts in thinking and behavioural patterns.

Connections
This majority of this module introduces you to the deeply transformational approach of transactional analysis in coaching. You will explore both experientially and in practice how to identify and shift patterns of relationships that aren’t working for your clients (and indeed yourself!) and how to connect with and manage the emotional need for recognition, validation and acceptance that is at the root of many ineffective behaviours and patterns.
