Personal Transformation Coaching
Duration and Structure
Our coaching course is built to be flexible to needs of the people who train with us. We recognise that we all have busy lives and other commitments and our course allows for you to fit to a schedule that sits you.
Below, we have laid out the structure, duration and elements of the course and these are described in more details on some of the other pages of this section.
Duration
The duration of the course is not fixed as we know that each student has different demands in their life, whether that's work, family or additional study. So you can take as long as you need to complete the course.
However, as a guide, we find that most students complete the course in around six months including completing the 30 hours of real-life coaching and the final assessment.
Structure
The live group training is structured around four modules usually taken around one month apart. This allows you the time to absorb the new skills and practise them with your clients outside of the training weekends. We believe this is a critical element to your success and confidence as a coach.
Whilst most people take all four modules within four or five months, we are always flexible and you can take them faster or slower than this depending in what suits you.
Between the weekend training, you will work with real clients and be supported on this practice through group mentoring calls.
You will also have access to many hours of online video learning which backs up and reinforces the live training.
All of the live training takes place in central London at weekends from 10.00am until 5.30pm.

Coaching hours
As part of the qualification, you will complete 30 hours of real-life coaching outside of the training weekends.
You receive mentoring around this to ensure you are on track and to answer any queries you may have about your work.
Final assessment
The final assessment is based on the submission of a recorded coaching session to the Head of Training and Mentoring for which you will receive feedback and your qualification. Should you not pass, you will be able to work on the areas for development and resubmit a session for assessment after two months. There is no limitation on this.
Our aim is to ensure everyone who trains with us becomes an exceptional coach and the training, support, feedback and practice are key to achieving this.
