Support

One of the reasons people enjoy Smart School courses so much is that they receive great support and feel part of a live, caring community.

It’s very easy to feel isolated when you’re studying and practising, so we’ve put in place several support mechanisms to help you along the way.

So in addition to the training weekends, you will receive:

• Monthly group supervision
• Online video content and resources
• Case study support
• Interactive online community for support and encouragement
• A Customer Happiness Manager who will ensure you get what you need
  through the course

Monthly group supervision

You have access to a monthly teleclass/coaching call during which progress can be managed, challenges addressed and learnings developed.

To qualify you must attend five of these teleclasses.

Online video content and resources

The online learning site has hours recording of live training from this course with each video being accompanied by an interactive comments section where you can ask questions or make comments.

This is effectively an online course to support your main training.

Case study support

To ensure you are managing your client work effectively, you have unlimited (within reason!) personal support from the trainer by email.

Interactive online community for support and encouragement

We run a wonderful online community using Facebook as the platform. This allows all of our coaches and NLP/Hypnotherapists to stay connected as much as they want and we find this has taken a life of its own with people celebrating successes, sharing ideas, offering practice clients and much more.

Customer Happiness Manager

We employ a Customer Happiness Manager whose job it is to ensure that your journey is smooth and well-managed. Whatever your course queries, she will be able to manage it!
