As founder of the Smart School, Nick’s passion lies is in delivering top quality training to create better coaches. Nick created the coaching qualifications framework for the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and continues to innovate to produce courses which have a huge impact on people’s coaching skills.

He has coached for over a decade through his social policy training company, working with practitioners from education, police and social work to explore and implement better outcomes.

With his interest in creating change and making a difference, he founded a social policy consultancy company, One Small Step, and coaches a select number entrepreneurs each year to help them find the joy and independence that running a great business brings.
