Peggy Guglielmino
Head of Person-Centred NLP Practitioner & Hypnotherapy
The Smart School
Peggy is a highly-skilled therapist who uses NLP, hypnotherapy and coaching tools to help people with the full range of life issues but with a particular focus on helping people to overcome psychological issues such as depression, low self esteem and anxiety.
She has spent the last seven years helping people recover from chronic illnesses such as M.E and fibromyalgia using NLP techniques and from this experience she developed a particular interest for working with health issues such as cancer or any kind of immune disorder.
Peggy has created the person-centred approach to NLP and hypnotherapy in order to work in a much more authentic relationship with her clients. She uses in-depth client histories in order to help them resolve their deep core issues to lead a more balanced and happy life. Often eschewing the quick fixes so prevalent in NLP, Peggy believes that lasting change comes from inner transformations.
She is now working with the Smart School to train practitioners and therapists in the person-centred approach to NLP and hypnotherapy and has developed this cutting-edge, deeply integrated programme to produce the very best NLP therapists.
Born in France, Peggy studied music, mathematic and languages and came to the UK in 2000. She was a professional classical musician performing with orchestras such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra in venues such as Royal Festival Hall or the Queen Elisabeth Hall.
She remains passionate about transmitting her knowledge and so has trained young musicians for the past 15 years to help them improve their performances including focusing on psychological aspect of performing, such as stage fright or lack of confidence.
