His first training and Conference Company blazed a trail in social policy, tackling issues such as homelessness and crime, campaigning successfully for reform and change. Dedicated to facilitating people’s self-discovery and self-learning Nick found the perfect career match when he became a full time life-coach. Having run his own business, experiencing what it’s like to have that responsibility and the skill sets needed, Nick soon established himself as the must-have- coach on the wish list of entrepreneurs, chief executives and some of the country’s leading decision makers. With over a decade of high performance coaching under his belt, Nick founded the Smart School of Coaching, which encompasses his stringent standards, strategic thinking and measurable training accreditation. He is credited with creating the coaching qualifications framework for the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. He has introduced cutting edge training modules and the most comprehensive business and marketing module available. Nick ensures that life-coaching trainees have access to the very best trainers, mentors and business gurus.
