Profile:

Lilian is an international trainer and executive coach based in the UK but travelling, in her words, where ‘my work takes me’ be it the US, Europe, Asia or Africa.

She runs her own executive coaching and training practice “Fresh Angle Learning & Development”, specialising in corporate change management and performance enhancement.

In her 20 years of high level aviation and logistics sales and marketing positions, working with multi-national corporations globally and especially within Asia, Lilian enjoyed the challenges of corporate life and delivering results.

Lilian says, ‘’When I moved to London, I wanted to run my own business but still contribute to the larger business environment. I asked myself how I could work with others to develop their enthusiasm for their work and organisations as well as to achieve a work-life balance? And how could I also have personal growth and satisfaction? I realised my ability to ‘see the big picture’ and transcend gender, culture and class; my strength in managing and motivating people; and international sales experience would find its real home in coaching and training. ‘’

So now, Lilian uses her practical business experience and cross-cultural exposure to work hand-in-hand with her clients to achieve their best in their personal and business lives. Appreciating and respecting individual challenges and aspirations, staying objective while empathetic and being intuitive with a ‘Can-do’ attitude are also some of the attributes required to be an effective coach and training consultant.
Lilian relishes the opportunity to contribute as a trainer and mentor to the Smart School’s coaching trainees’ learning experience.
