John has been coaching for over 10 years, specialising in helping small business owners find and implement clarity of focus and action. He also continues to enjoy coaching individuals with a strong focus on working with their deeper values.

Johns is an exceptional brand marketing professional possessing a rare mix of pragmatic marketing, hands-on problem solving and creative flair. He is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and repositioning brands.

John has been leading and coaching sales support teams for over 15 years and is an ITOL Certified Performance coach with a Diploma in Coaching Excellence.

John is Head of Mentoring and Support and with his previous career hat on is also Marketing Director for the Smart School.

John is our key ITOL liasion and runs the Coaching Matters Programme.
