If you haven’t seen the Coaching Journeys video already check it out now.

Late last year we brought a film maker in to our offices where we training students and asked them to go to another room and say whatever they wanted to about their experience.

Curiosity does more than kill the cat!

By Mark Talbot

I like the idea of sharing experience and so I was really delighted when Nick asked me if I would like to make contributions towards the new blog.

Recently Nick and I were chatting about the things we are passionate about and Nick said. “Mark, you ask really good questions” (thank you Nick!).

But what is needed to ask really good questions?  We concluded that to ask questions that really matter you first need: Curiosity! But that left us with another question: “Can you teach someone to be curious?” The jury is still out on that but you can certainly help them get curious.

But let me share with you why I first gave it thought, how I started to look in to it and how it helps me today. Read more
