Over many years of coaching, I have seen people's ability to bust through the barriers they thought were in their way. Life is never limited to what you have now.

That's why I love coaching. Not only do clients achieve great things but coaches themselves constantly learn, improve and grow as people. Every time I meet a coach I enjoy talking to them about what they want to achieve and how they want to get there. It constantly reminds me that coaching is not just a career or business – it's a mindset.

I set up The Smart School to ensure that people who want to become coaches really get the skills and confidence they need to become great coaches and build a career or business from it.
