What can you do with coaching?
As a coach or NLP, you have a huge choice about how you practise.
You might wish to add the skills to your workplace role. This can add huge credibility to your CV and enhance your employability or chances of promotion and role change.
Or you might wish to develop a secondary income as a coach by creating a small part time business.
Finally you may wish to join the growing number of coaches who build their own business working with a particular niche. You may be a youth coach, spiritual coach, finance coach, small business coach or much else besides. We find that the more specific you are in what you do and what you stand for the more you’ll enjoy coaching and the more successful you’ll be. This is discussed more on our courses.
What are some of our coaches doing now?
Many of the coaches we train come from senior HR roles and take their new skills into thw workplace. That’s pretty straightforward.
But many of our coaches we train are building businesses. We help them think through their coaching business carefully and find where there passions and interests are that will make the business successful.
So we have coaches working across a huge range of issues including helping UK entrepreneurs open up in Japan, helping struggling gay women develop a fulfilled life, supporting women who want to start a business, helping widows build new lives and take positive choices. We even have one coach who creates adventure trips for life activation!
As a coach the world is wide open to your creativity to build a business based on your passion.
How will coaching help you in your life?
Almost without exception, the people who train through our school say they change for the better.
There is a natural journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment that happens as you learn the coaching skills and undergo coaching yourself. Our coaches comment that the school “feels like coming home” as you mix with people who share your positive outlook and determination in life.
And so you as you progress through your course, you might find yourself becoming a better communicator, more patient and more understanding. Or you might find that you feel more positive, clearer on what you want and how you’ll get it and more empowered to make the choices you want to in life.
Whatever it is, we find that almost everyone develops in very positive ways that make the course beneficial even beyond the coaching skills themselves.
