This weekend saw the first intake of students who will train as coaches on the bursary programme.

6 great bursary students started their journey to become coaches each with different aspirations for their new skills.  It was was great mix with people from health, blue-chip companies, the voluntary sector and smaller business all developing coaching skills for their future careers.  All coaches were self-funding and so qualified for the new Smart School bursary.

The bursary enables individuals who are paying for themselves to have up to 40% of their course fees paid.

In return they particpate in creating a series of case studies for progress through the Diploma programme giving video feedback, written feedback and learning diaries.

The aim is to build a solid evidence base of how coaching is impacting upon the lives of coaches and their clients.  Over time, this will enable us to demonstrate in a powerful and personal manner the effectiveness of coaching in general and the ITOL Diploma in Coaching Excellence in particular.

If you think you would like to have 40% of your course fees paid, contact us now for a one to one chat or visit the seminar and consultation page to book an appointment.
